Level 2 introduces students to the fundamental concept of βYes Andβ in improvisation. Through group exercises and games, students will explore impulse & spontaneity, listening, being present in the moment, taking risks, finding agreement (making & accepting offers) and other basic building blocks of improvisation, all in a supportive environment that embraces the idea of trusting yourself and failing joyfully.
Join us over the course of 8 weeks for laughter, connection, and self-discovery through improvisational exercises.Β

Β Meet the Facilitator – Adam Jun
Adam took his first improv class in 2013 at The Second City in and began teaching in 2015 at local community center in St. Charles, IL. Graduate of the Musical Improv Conservatory at Second City, after years of teaching and performing in Wheaton, Chicago, Madison and Chapel Hill, Adam became Art Director at The People’s Improv Theater in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2020 before Covid-19 lead to the theater’s closure. Making608.com was filed as a business in WI in summer of 2023 after Adam began teaching improv again around downtown Madison. In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with his family in northern Illinois, reading fantasy and nonfiction and playing beach volleyball in Madison β looking forward to seeing you in class!
