Week 6: Nature’s Inspiration
Week 7: Transcending the Ordinary
Week 8: Harvesting Creativity
The focus of this term is to change along with the color of the leaves – a personal project and a group project.
The only required materials are Kristin Neff”s Self Compassion
We will reference Dacher Keltner’s Awe and Scott Barry Kaufman’s Transcend throughout the term.
